Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Highly recruited cornerback Kristian Fulton.

Arkansas cornerback target Kristian Fulton has set a time to announce his college decision on Wednesday.

Fulton, 6-0, 170 pounds of Metairie (La.) Rummel will announce at noon from Arkansas, LSU or Florida on Wednesday. ESPN rates him the No. 3 cornerback and No. 27 overall prospect in the nation.

While some reports having Houston Westfield offensive coordinator saying receiver Tyrie Cleveland is down to Florida, TCU and Houston, Cleveland has not confirmed that. If true, I would be surprised based on what I've been hearing. If anything, I would've said Houston was out of it.

Arkansas is not involved with former Alabama linebacker commitment Riley Cole of Onenota, Alabama. The Hogs wanted to sign four linebackers and that's how many they have committed.

Highly regarded junior offensive lineman Kevin Jarvis, 6-6, 340 of Park Ridge, (Ill.) Maine South said he will definitely visit Arkansas at some point. Offensive line coach Kurt Anderson visited his school during the contact period. He said his relationship with Anderson is big a reason for wanting to visit Fayetteville.

He has offers from Tennessee, Illinois, Rutgers and others. He expects the Hogs to offer fairly soon.

As of 1:10 pm, Arkansas has not reached out to Little Rock Christian running back Damarea Crockett, who's committed to Missouri.
