Caroline Doctorow will perform for the Little Rock Folk Club at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the club's new location, the Hibernia Irish Tavern. Admission is $15, $8 for students and free for accompanied children age 12 and under.
Doctorow, the daughter of author E.L. Doctorow, has released 11 albums, including Another Country, her album of songs by Richard and Mimi Farina. Another of her tribute albums is I Carry All I Own ... The Songs of Mary McCaslin.
Doctorow's latest album, Raven Girl, features guest appearances by Nanci Griffith, John Sebastian, Happy Traum, Eric Weissberg and Pete Kennedy.
She will be backed by her group, The Steamrollers, who play fiddle and upright bass.
