TULSA — Tulsa police say a 26-year-old man was found dead at an apartment complex next to Booker T. Washington High School.
The Tulsa World reported that Anthony Reed was found dead at Towne Square Apartments on Tuesday. Students at the high school spotted his body through a fence dividing the properties around 9 a.m.
Tulsa police Sgt. Dave Walker said that the medical examiner's office determined that Reed had been shot in the chest. Walker said that police believe Reed died around 11 p.m. Monday after an altercation with two people at the southwest corner of the complex.
Police have not identified any suspects in the case. An investigation is ongoing.
