Interior designer Tobi Fairley of Little Rock has steadily built her name and her design work from a cottage industry into a full-blown brand — Tobi Fairley & Associates. The designer, who is known for bold, rich colors, partially credits her success to her early blog work, which got the attention of national design magazines. Now she’s adding a new fabric collection to the products she offers.
