Maintenance by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Bull Shoals Dam will require a temporary lane closure Tuesday on Arkansas 178, which carries traffic over the dam, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
The westbound lane will be closed from 8 to 11:30 a.m. to allow crews to remove hatch covers for refurbishment. More information about this project is available by contacting the Corps of Engineers' Mountain Home project office at (870) 425-2700.
