Ice scoop is stored on top of ice machine or wine cooler; store ice scoop on or in something that can be cleaned and sanitized daily; ice scoop at bar and drink station is stored on top of a cloth towel; in use utensils must be stored on something that is nonabsorbent. Counter around the dump sink at the bar is no longer in good condition. No cold water handle on the faucet at the three-compartment sink (part is on order); cold water was turned off at the source.

Noncritical violations: Wall in the walk-in cooler is starting to degrade, exposing the insulation behind the wall; insulation is starting to flake and fall onto the floor -- repair properly to meet the regulations: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and smooth material. Cabinet under the drink station/trash area in the lobby is no longer in good condition and no longer easily cleanable, repair as needed. Lights in food preparation and store room area are not shielded and not documentation they are shatter resistant (repeat violation).
