The Lottery as a fund raiser for Scholarships is a farce Highest sales ever and still only 23% of that money will go to scholarships. Who would support a charity that only spends 23% of the money raised on "the cause" it proclaims to support? Put a team of investigative reporters on this issue - WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? WHO"S REALLY BENEFITING FROM THE ARKANSAS LOTTERY? It is obvious it is not the college students.

Its great that $13 million dollars will be given to colleges, as it will help provide new books, and facilities.
