A third McClellan High School student was denied bail Thursday after being charged in the death of a Little Rock mother who was shot in an apparent robbery while holding her 2-year-old daughter last month.

Darrell Keith Dixon, 15, was arrested Wednesday at the high school and charged in the Jan. 31 killing of Eunice Lopez, 27.

Two other McClellan High School students, Kevin Williams, 15, and Ramale Collier, 18, surrendered the night of the shooting.

All three have been charged with capital murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and theft and have pleaded innocent. Little Rock District Court Judge Alice Lightle also denied bail for Williams and Collier at their initial court appearances.

An attorney for Dixon argued for bail to be set, telling Lightle the teen is accused of being an accomplice in the crime and was "not involved in the actual commission of a homicidal act."

Lightle said further arguments on bail can be heard at a later appearance.

All three suspects are being held in the Pulaski County jail.
