Officers responded at 11:09 p.m. to 8212 W. 24th St. Patricia Allen, 51, said her daughter was among several people who'd been outside fighting and that those involved in the melee fled when someone fired multiple shots, according to a police report. Investigators found shell casings and blood in the street.

Allen's neighbor, Larry Eason, 58, showed police two bullet holes in his home, the report states. No one inside the residence was injured.

Police were later called to a hospital where Mikel Felton, 25, was being treated for a serious head injury, according to the report. Police said Felton was involved in the fight, but it was unclear whether his injuries were caused by a gunshot.

No charges had been filed Friday.

Mover suspected in theft of mirror

The owner of a North Little Rock moving company was arrested Thursday on accusations that he stole from a client.

Ashley Dehaven told police she hired A-1 Razorback Moving Co. to move her belongings to a home in Little Rock last April, according to a police report. She said the company took a custom mirror valued at $3,000 and never returned it. Dehaven didn't notice any other items missing, the report states.

Little Rock police arrested the company owner, David Allen Robertson, 36, at a gas station about 11 a.m. Thursday. He told police he "returned the property at a later time," according to an arrest report.

Robertson was charged with felony theft of property.

Officers reported finding a gun and 1.39 grams of methamphetamine in his possession during the arrest. Robertson was additionally charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.

He pleaded innocent to all three charges Friday in Little Rock District Court. Robertson later posted $3,000 bond and was released from the Pulaski County jail.
