Dustin Grant Taylor, 21, called police to his home at 322 N. Sixth St., Apt. 3, for assistance after losing the key to a pair of handcuffs Taylor said he and his wife had used while "doing some kinky things" the night before, according to a Fort Smith police report.

Taylor was still wearing the handcuffs on his right wrist when Cpl. David Dominic met Taylor in the apartment's parking lot.

After calling in Taylor's name to dispatch to check a crime information database, Dominic discovered Taylor was wanted on an outstanding warrant for felony criminal mischief.

The police report said Dominic walked Taylor back into his apartment, removed the handcuffs Taylor was wearing and replaced them with the officer's handcuffs. Taylor was transported to the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center.

Taylor was released from the detention center Thursday on a $1,500 bond.
