Author of 'Clintons' War on Women' to host book signing in Little Rock

The author of a book claiming to expose Bill and Hillary Clinton's "war on women" is set to host a book signing in Little Rock on Wednesday night.

Roger Stone, a veteran of politics who identifies himself as a Donald Trump supporter in the 2016 presidential race, said Clintons' War on Women uncovers details about the family's treatment of women "sexually, physically and psychologically."

Stone's stop in Arkansas' capital city, days before the state's Tuesday primary, is "serendipitous," he said.

He said in a statement that the book "is a stunning true story of serial rape, intimidation, violence, drugs, greed and ambition."

Former President Bill Clinton was publicly accused of sexual misconduct in the 1990s by three women, including former state employee Paula Jones, who claimed he sexually harassed her while in office as Arkansas' governor.

Another accuser, former White House volunteer Kathleen Willey, wrote the book's foreword.

Bill Clinton has denied the allegations and has only admitted to extramarital affairs with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky and model Gennifer Flowers.

In his statement, Stone called Hillary Clinton "an accessory after the fact" to Bill Clinton's alleged cases of sexual assault.

The author, who served as a top aide to Presidents Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon, said he is "offended by the idea that Hillary Clinton touts herself as an advocate of women and girls."

Stone said he has not received a response from the Clintons after the release of his book.

The book signing is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Samantha's Tap Room & Wood Grill, 322 Main St. in Little Rock.
