Little Rock chamber shortens name, unveils new logo

Little Rock's biggest organization intended to spur regional economic development on Thursday announced a new name to coincide with its 150th anniversary.

Effective immediately, the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce is now referred to as the Little Rock Regional Chamber, according to a news release.

Thursday's announcement of a name change is not the first time the organization has undergone changes in its branding.

It has also been previously known by other names such as the Little Rock Cotton and Produce Exchange, Little Rock Board of Trade, Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, and Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce of Little Rock and North Little Rock.

A new logo for the Little Rock Regional Chamber was also unveiled Thursday.
