North Little Rock police arrested a man Thursday after he tried to fight anyone attempting to enter the public restroom at Riverfront Park, a police report said.
An officer patrolling the area was stopped by several people who said Kenneth Golden, 64, of North Little Rock would not let them enter the restroom and was trying to fight anyone who tried to get inside, the report said.
Golden was arrested at 3:48 p.m. on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Pulaski County jail where he remained Thursday night.
