Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Robert Shawn Brooks, 21, of 16762 Dogwood Valley in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with first-degree battery. Brooks was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Natessa Nicole Harrison, 24, of 17345 Logan Cave Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. Harrison was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

• James Ryan Rice, 38, of Route 2, Box 5085 in Westville, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary. Rice was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail on a $7,500 bond.

• Dawn Michelle Shipley-Mast, 47, of 280 Fair St., No. 16 in Centerton was arrested Tuesday in connection with an out-of-state count of theft of a motor vehicle. Shipley-Mast was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Freddy Mack Wilmoth Junior, 25, of 13819 Chamberlain Drive in Gentry was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft by receiving and a misdemeanor count of contempt. Wilmoth was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

Fayetteville

• Edwin Sablon, 34, of 806 S. B St. in Lake Worth, Fla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, furnishing prohibited articles, possession of a controlled substance, violation of probation or a suspended sentence and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $5,000, $3,500 and $1,105 on Tuesday.

• Aaron Meggs, 34, of 628 S. Lake in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with parole violation and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $980 bond Tuesday.

• Jazmine Koerner, 18, of 4016 N. Howard Porter Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving and two misdemeanor offenses. She was arrested Tuesday in connection with two vehicle thefts from family members that happened in October and December, according to a police preliminary report released Tuesday. She told police Tuesday she didn't steal the vehicles. Koerner was at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $2,500 and $1,690 Tuesday.

• Phillip Arnold, 24, of South Garland Avenue in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond Tuesday.

• Kristan Troglin, 24, of 1409 W. Oak St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond Tuesday.

• Skyler Johnson, 19, of 1910 S. K St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond Tuesday.

• Joseph Brandfas, 45, of 8326 Eagle Crest Drive in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, parole violation and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Justin Larson, 25, of 1409 W. Oak St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond Tuesday.

Siloam Springs

• Bethany Nicole Wenger, 20, address unknown of Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Wenger was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• David John Wenger, 46, of 7745 W. 14th St. in Tulsa, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Wenger was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Jose Buelna-Rivera, 32, of 1522 Ione Place, Apt. 202, in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a firearm by a certain person, possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Luis Cordero-Vasquez, 28, of Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday with a $5,000 bond on the misdemeanor offense.

• Justin Pelfrey, 30, of 377 Madison 4065 in Elkins was arrested Monday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond Tuesday.

• Richard Mathis, 35, of Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with parole violation and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,620 bond Tuesday.

• Theft of a Honda generator was reported at 10:10 a.m. Saturday from 19111 Old Springtown Road in Gentry.

• Theft of tools stolen from an unlocked garage was reported at 11:37 a.m. Saturday from 15975 Logan Road in Siloam Springs.

• Theft of a gray Honda Acura was reported at 10:44 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 5325 N. Oak St. in Springdale.

• Theft of documents was reported at 1:42 p.m. Sunday from 10423 Prairie Creek North Road in Rogers.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 3:50 p.m. Monday from Walmart, 406 S. Walton Blvd.

• A scam was reported at 1:23 p.m. Monday from 41 Cheryl Circle.

• Construction theft was reported at 9:05 a.m. Monday from the intersection of Southwest Shell Road and Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard.

• Wires were reportedly stolen from a house under construction at 10:31 a.m. Tuesday at 936 S. Splash Drive.

• A home under construction was reported as vandalized at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday at 1332 W. Mount Comfort Road.

• A vehicle was broken into overnight and reported at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday at 840 W. Kelley St.

• A vehicle was broken into overnight and reported at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday at 2212 W. Holly St.

• A man reported being molested 12 years ago while at a small group church event in Fayetteville.

• Burglary was reported at 3:34 p.m. Monday at 401 W. 24th St. Window screens were reported damaged.

• A backhoe was reported missing from a work site at 2:29 p.m. Monday at East 15th Street and South Curtis Avenue.

• Battery was reported at 5:43 p.m. Monday from the 1400 block of South 11th Street after a juvenile was injured in a fight near a park. Police records show a juvenile was hospitalized. Police said Tuesday they are investigating the matter.

• Theft of medication was reported at 4:43 p.m. Monday from 1149 W. New Hope Road

• Theft of a cable box overnight was reported at 4:21 p.m. Monday from Eighth Street Motel, 915 S. Eighth St.

• Battery that happened Saturday in the 1600 block of West Magnolia Street was reported from Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. Northhills Blvd. in Fayetteville, at 4:03 p.m. Monday.

• Forgery or fraud was reported at 2:07 p.m. Monday from Walmart, 4208 S. Pleasant Crossing Blvd

• Rape was reported at 12:58 p.m. Monday from the Rogers Police Department, 1905 S. Dixieland Road.

• A window shot out was reported at 10:08 a.m. Monday from 848 E. Hilltop Drive

• Burglary was reported at 8:32 a.m. Monday from Southeast Poultry, 2200 W. Town West Drive, after a person broke into the plant over the weekend and stole about $1,400 from vending machines.

• A theft was reported at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday at 300 Jones Road.

• A break-in was reported at 11:52 p.m. Monday at 2808 W. Huntsville Ave.

• A theft was reported at 7:21 p.m. Monday at 2006 Sycamore Place.

• A break-in was reported at 5:03 p.m. Monday at 514 Butterfield Coach Road.
