Police arrested a man on drug and gun charges Wednesday after searching his Little Rock home.
Officers served a search warrant at 10:50 a.m. at 3301 Asher Ave., the home of Torriano Neal, according to an arrest report. Police said they found 4 ounces of marijuana, two digital scales, packaging material and a .40-caliber handgun that had been reported stolen.
Neal, 39, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; possession of a firearm by certain persons; maintaining a drug premises near a drug-free zone; theft by receiving; possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Court records show that Neal had been on parole.
He was being held at the Pulaski County jail Thursday.
