2nd man detained in shooting in Little Rock

Little Rock police made a second arrest Thursday in a shooting that injured one person in November.

Antwon Rashard Williams, 33, was charged with criminal attempted capital murder and first-degree battery in the shooting of Saed Boykin. A police report states that officers found Boykin, 22, shot multiple times in the 1800 block of West 15th Street on the evening of Nov. 20.

Boykin was hospitalized in stable condition, the report states.

Williams was arrested at 2:27 p.m. Thursday at 4111 S. University Ave., according to an arrest report.

He was being held in the Pulaski County jail along with Kenwan Sherrod, 19, who faces the same charges in the case. Police arrested Sherrod four days after the shooting.
