Arkansas offensive line coach Kurt Anderson is expected to see an offensive line target on Wednesday.

Offensive tackle Paul Ramirez, 6-7, 295 pounds, of San Bernardino Valley College in California, said he expects Anderson to do an in-home visit.

He received a scholarship offer from the Razorbacks on Dec. 27. He has officially visited Louisville, Indiana, Purdue and New Mexico and will visit Fayetteville this weekend.

Safety Brandon Jones, 6-0, 195, 4.4 of Nacogdoches, Texas, will announce his final three schools Feb. 1. He has officially visited Arkansas, Texas, Texas A&M and Ole Miss. He has a visit set for Baylor next weekend and might take a visit to TCU during the week. Hog defensive backs coach Clay Jennings is expected to visit him Tuesday.

Footballbrainiacs.com reports offensive lineman Patrick Hudson of Silsbee, Texas, will not officially visit Arkansas this weekend.

Arkansas running backs coach Jemal Singleton is visiting fullback commitment Hayden Johnson of Columbia (Mo.) Rock Bridge. Missouri coach Barry Odom is expected to arrive around 6 tonight for an in-home visit.

Johnson told Missouri they would have to work around Arkansas' schedule in order to visit. He's a very solid Hog.

Other tidbits reported on Sunday:

Arkansas defensive line target Chris Daniels of Euless (Texas) Trinity will host Coach Bret Bielema, defensive line coach Rory Segrest and running backs coach Jemal Singleton for an in-home visit around 6 pm Monday.

He's scheduled to visit Texas A&M this weekend, but Arkansas is trying to bump the Aggies for the visit.

Cornerback Joseph Putu, 6-2, 195, 4.37 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of North Dakota State College of Science, is expecting Bielema to visit him on Thursday. He has an offer from the Hogs and will officially visit this weekend.

Coach Bret Bielema and defensive backs coach Clay Jennings visited Lancaster, Texas High School to see athlete Tyrell Alexander earlier today. They will make an in-home visit later this evening.

Fullback commitment Hayden Johnson of Columbia (Mo.) Rock Bridge and his parents have decided not host Missouri for an in-home visit to tonight.

Looks like Florida is going to try and get into the race for cornerback Joseph Putu, 6-2, 195, 4.37 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of North Dakota State College of Science. They called him today during his official visit to Toledo. He'll talk to them later tonight.
