At least on paper, Brandon Allen is not a professional quarterback.

The former Arkansas standout fell short of NFL standards during the weigh-in portion of the Senior Bowl Tuesday, but capped the day with a solid performance at practice.

"Based off eye test so far, Arkansas' Brandon Allen has best velocity of South QBs," tweeted Eric Galko, who leads The Sporting News' NFL Draft content. "Tight spin, plus-placement/velocity on slants."

However, with 8.5-inch hands and measuring only 6-feet, 1 1/2-inches tall, Allen will likely drop down some teams' draft boards. Typically, NFL quarterbacks have 9.5- to 10-inch hands.

That hasn't stopped him from meeting with representatives from those teams, though. He told ESPN Pensacola that he had already met with nearly 20 teams.

"I'm looking to get myself out there and my brand out there," Allen said in the interview, which was between the morning weigh-in and afternoon practice. "(I want to) meet with any team that wants me and any team that I can."

The other Razorbacks at the Senior Bowl also impressed media members in attendance.

Despite missing his entire senior season with a broken foot, Jonathan Williams is considered one of the best running backs at the event by Galko.

He checked in at 5-foot-10 and 219 pounds and told SEC Country that teams were constantly asking about his foot. While he was able to go through individual drills Tuesday, Williams will be limited throughout the week and in the actual game.

Sebastian Tretola measured 6-feet, 4-inches and 317 pounds and was noticeably slimmer, according to NFL.com's Chase Goodbread. He was listed at 334 during his senior season and came to Arkansas from Iowa Western Community College weighing 369 pounds.

"Arkansas guard Sebastian Tretola had an impressive day as well," wrote Optimum Scouting's Charles McDonald. "He anchored well against the heavier defensive linemen and had light feet in pass protection."

The highlight of his day came in one-on-one drills, when he drove Alabama defensive lineman Jarran Reed into the ground.

Practices continue Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. for the South team, which all three Razorbacks are on. The team will also practice Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Both practices are scheduled to air on ESPNU.

The actual game is Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and will be televised by ESPN.

Editor's Note: There was some confusion over how to interpret the four-digit number the NFL uses for height. This led to Allen originally being listed as 6-feet, 1/4-inches in this story, but he is actually 6-feet, 1 1/2-inches tall. The error has been corrected.
