Arkansas offensive line commitment Jake Heinrich was able to spend more time with offensive line coach Kurt Anderson over the weekend during his official visit,

He was the first prospect to receive an in-home visit from Anderson on Jan. 17.

"It went well," said Heinrich of the official visit. "He knows the X's and O's really well. I can't wait to grow as a player and a man with him.”

Heinrich, 6-4, 290 pounds, 5.3 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Urbandale, Iowa is rated a four-star prospect by CBS Sports Network national recruiting analyst Tom Lemming.

Anderson, who spent three seasons as an assistant offensive line coach with the Buffalo Bills, received some praise from two of his former linemen on Twitter on Monday.

Bills center Eric Wood and guard Richie Incognito credited Anderson for helping them get selected to the All Pro Bowl that will be televised Sunday by ESPN.

“It was great to see the guys feel like he’s made a huge impact on their performance,” Heinrich said. “I’m positive he will do the same for me. I can’t wait to learn from him.”

He recapped his time in Fayetteville over the weekend.

"It was a lot of fun," Heinrich said. "I spent a lot of time with Frank Ragnow and Dan Skipper they are great dudes and great players as well." I can't say enough about the Arkansas Coaching Staff, Academics, and it is all top notch.”

Heinrich recorded a 380 pound bench press and 575 squat last summer and also has a 335 power cleaned. The highlight of the trip was hanging out with strength and conditioning coach Ben Herbert.

"I got to spend 45 minutes one on one time with Coach Herb which was awesome." Heinrich said. "We just talked about how to train different body parts with dozen of techniques."
