— Offense was difficult to come by for Arkansas on Saturday, but when it did come, it came in waves.

Mostly, the Razorbacks' offensive output came from two players at the back-end of both halves in a 75-68 overtime win over Texas Tech.

Dusty Hannahs scored 19 points during a nine-minute stretch just before halftime and Moses Kingsley scored 11 of the Razorbacks' final 14 points in regulation.

Hannahs and Kingsley combined to score 42 of the Razorbacks' 75 points. Hannahs scored all but four of his 25 points before halftime. Kingsley scored all 17 of his after the intermission.

Their performances helped Arkansas overcome a couple of bad offensive patches. The Razorbacks scored only four points in the first nine minutes of the first half and made only two field goals during a more-than 10-minute stretch late in the second half.

"It was a game of runs," Arkansas coach Mike Anderson said.

"It's a game of plays and we made plays at the end."

Hannahs' scoring streak came after Texas Tech had taken a 16-4 first half lead. Playing his former team, Hannahs got it going with a layup off a down-screen to pull the Razorbacks within 10.

Then he hit a couple of free throws (he was a perfect 8-for-8 at the line) and followed that up with a couple of threes, including one in transition to answer a Texas Tech 3-pointer on the other end.

Hannahs ended the first half with a reverse layup off a nice pass from Anton Beard. He took a seat just before halftime with 21 points to his credit.

The Razorbacks led 29-28 at halftime.

"He basically was carrying us," Anderson said. "He was able to really help us get back in the game, making some tough shots."

Texas Tech took away Hannahs' opportunities after halftime with a 1-3-1 zone. The defensive look slowed the Razorbacks and got the Red Raiders back in the game after Arkansas built an 11-point lead.

"It was out of desperation," Texas Tech coach Tubby Smith said of the zone. "We couldn't guard them one-on-one and couldn't guard Dusty at all.

"I guess it kind of slowed Arkansas some. They had to go to different options."

The Red Raiders' focus on the perimeter was a switch from the first half when their man-to-man defense collapsed on everything in the paint. The change opened things up for Kingsley, who made five of the Razorbacks' final six field goals in regulation.

Limited with two fouls, Kingsley had only a turnover to his credit at halftime. In addition to his 17 points, he finished with 11 rebounds, a blocked shot and an assist.

"I just wasn't giving the effort in the first half," Kingsley said. "They had the defense that whenever I caught the ball there was a big man waiting me on the help-side.

"In the second half, they went zone which affected us a little bit...but that kind of opened the middle where they could throw the ball in. I tried to get on the offensive boards and get some buckets, too."

Kingsley's biggest basket came off an offensive rebound. He put-back a Hannahs miss that tied the game with 13.6 remaining in regulation. Kingsley added a score on the Razorbacks' first possession of overtime and had a breakaway slam dunk with less than two minutes left.

"It shows you the capabilities of this guy," Anderson said. "He had a double-double in the second half and overtime alone. It seemed like he just came to life."
