Riding away from the scene in a red Dodge Charger, Bone told a witness he originally wanted to be taken to jail, but then changed his mind, according to the affidavit submitted by Little Rock detective Tommy Hudson.

Bone was dropped off at his cousin's residence still armed with a semi-automatic pistol, it said.

Bone is accused of shooting and killing Marlon Walker on Monday at 9700 Collie Drive in Little Rock. He pleaded innocent in court Thursday and bail was set at $1 million. Police also charged him with possession of firearms by certain persons, according to an arrest report.

Bone was arrested Wednesday after police found him hiding under a blanket in the back seat of a car during a traffic stop at the 4000 block of Frazier Pike, police said.

Little Rock police were called to a shooting at the Collie Drive address Monday and found Walker in the front yard with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the affidavit. He was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock but later died from his wounds, police said.

Police said they found a semi-automatic firearm and spent shell casings next to where Walker had collapsed, and a witness remembered that Walker was previously armed with a pistol. Police also located bullet strikes going into the front of the house, according to the affidavit.

According to the affidavit, police also observed bullet holes in the front glass that appeared to have come from inside the residence.

The events leading up to the shooting started the day before, Sunday, when witnesses said Walker was an armed security guard for a "stripper show" at a residence on Woodhaven Drive, according to the affidavit. Bone reportedly attended the show while his girlfriend, Keanna Thomas, collected money from audience members.

Bone, Walker and Calvin Green, who owns the house at 9700 Collie Drive, were at the show and afterward went back to the house on Collie, where Bone also lived with his girlfriend, according to the affidavit. Walker left the house while the others partied and rapped in Green's homemade studio, the affidavit said.

On Monday, Bone got into an argument with Thomas over her getting calls from other men and her presence on Backpage.com, an online classified site used to sell sex services, according to the affidavit. The argument became heated, and Walker intervened, a witness said in the affidavit.

Then, an argument began between Walker and Bone, who had been seen taking "molly," a drug commonly known as Ecstasy, in the living room earlier that day, according to the affidavit. Walker left the house, but Bone was upset at Green for letting Walker disrespect him, a witness said.

A witness said they later saw Bone walking around the house with a large-caliber semi-automatic pistol, the affidavit said.

Later, Green spoke with Walker over the phone and tried tried to calm him down, telling him not to return to the house, a witness said in the affidavit. The phone was then handed to Bone, who continued to argue with Walker, the document said.

Walker appeared outside the house, and Green and another witness went to calm him down, according to the affidavit. Then, a witness heard four to five shots outside the house, according to the affidavit. The people inside the house fled out the back door into the backyard.

According to the affidavit, there was then another series of two to three shots that came from the inside of the house.

Bone fled the scene riding in the Dodge Charger with Thomas and her child, along with witnesses and others who were in the house, the affidavit said.
