Little Rock police officers found Terry Jones, 32, shot multiple times in a car after responding to shots fired in the area of the 500 block of East 22nd Street on New Year’s Day, according to a police report. The report does not say where the car was found, and officers could not verify a location that was given in an article in Friday’s editions.
