North Little Rock police recovered a $10,000 bicycle on Monday that had been stolen in a burglary.
Garland Pillsbury, 44, of 4201 John Barrow Road in Little Rock, was arrested at about 1:15 a.m. Monday when officers spotted him in possession of the bicycle, police said.
Pillsbury was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving. As of late Monday, Pillsbury was not listed on the register for the Pulaski County jail, where he was being held on $10,000 bond.
