A disturbance Monday morning at a North Little Rock motel led to police arresting a man on felony drug charges.
Police arrived at the Motel 6 on W. 29th St. to find Jay Head, 30, who was wanted out of North Little Rock. Police searched him and found a clear, crystalline substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine, according to a police report.
In his room, a glass pipe was in plain view on the bed where Head had been sitting, and marijuana was on the nightstand, according to the report.
Head was arrested on a felony drug charge for the methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge for the marijuana. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a felony.
He was taken to the Pulaski County jail and his bail was set at $12,500.
