Maintenance on the U.S. 64 bridge over the Arkansas River in Fort Smith will require an alternating lane closure for four days beginning Monday, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
The alternating lane closure on the bridge on U.S. 64, also called Garrison Avenue, will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily through Thursday, weather permitting.
