Police arrested a man on Sunday after he called the North Little Rock Police station threatening to kill an officer, according to an arrest report.
Kevin Hum, 56, of North Little Rock called the police station angry with "the black officer that stole his wallet," the report said.
He threatened the officer's life, saying he would not stop until he "takes him out for good," the report stated.
Charged with terroristic threatening, Hum remained at Pulaski County jail Sunday night in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
