Family: Touch-and-go to just going

On July 7, 1998, Emery, Grace, Ellie, Maggie and Martin Miller entered the world in North Carolina. Born prematurely at 29 weeks and six days, the quintuplets ranged in weight from 1 pound, 15.5 ounces (Maggie) to 2 pounds, 9 ounces (Emery).

Eighteen years later, the siblings, the first surviving quintuplets to be born in North Carolina, are thriving as they ready themselves for their senior year of high school.
