• Heather Bragg, 36, of 3639 Parsons Road in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bragg was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $177,500.
• Teresa Frederick, 29, of 2886 Wild Wood Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Frederick was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Jeffrey Carroll, 37, of 3034 Melinda Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Carroll was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Kaleb Seth Johnson, 21, of 911 Turtle Creek Road in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property and failure to appear. Johnson was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $21,000.
• Misti Lorena Osborn, 32, of Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Osborn was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Holli Hayes, 38, of 8003 Cedar Drive in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Hayes was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Robert Lee Holt, 41, of 301 N. 35th St., Apt. 10 in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Holt was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a $6,000 bond.

• Roger Wilkinson, 45, of 915 S. Eighth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilkinson was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Jonathan Matthew Housner, 32, of 915 S. Eighth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. Housner was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Heather Zimmer, 37, of 14734 Parker Branch Road in West Fork was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Zimmer was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $4,000.
• Shawn Callahan, 33, of 1555 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal mischief. Callahan was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $5,000.

• Natasha Bronsema, 18, of 48 Blueberry Lane in Garfield was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bronsema was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.

• Jerry Walker, 37, of 602 Linda St. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving and fraudulent use of a credit card. Walker was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
• Jeremy Willis, 27, of 164 W. Main St. in Marianna was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Willis was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a $3,500 bond.

Fayetteville
• Firefighters said a fire destroyed a residence at 516 N. Highland Ave. at 1:12 a.m. Friday. The fire started on the bottom floor and made its way into the attic, according to the Fayetteville Fire Department. There were no injuries. The department is investigating the cause of the fire.
Rogers
• Firefighters extinguished a vehicle fire at 3:15 p.m. Thursday at 600 W. Price Lane.
