Arkansas man dies from injuries days after motorcycle wreck

An Arkansas man died Sunday after he was thrown from his motorcycle in a wreck in Benton County last week.

Arkansas State Police said Richard Hough, 70, of Centerton was riding his Honda motorcycle west on Arkansas 102 on July 18 as he approached the highway's intersection with Tater Black Road in Bentonville. At the intersection, Hough of Centerton was behind a Nissan Altima that turned north onto Tater Black around 3:50 p.m.

A southbound Kia on Tater Black then turned left to drive east on Arkansas 102, police said. As it was turning, Hough's motorcycle hit the left-rear part of the Kia, ejecting him from his vehicle.
