Police: Man walks into his Little Rock home, robbed by gunman already inside

A 37-year-old man told police he walked into to his Little Rock home Tuesday morning and was robbed at gunpoint by an intruder who was already inside, according to a police report.

The victim told investigators that he returned to his home in the 2500 block of Jefferson Street around 10 a.m. and found the door unlocked, the investigating officer wrote in a Little Rock Police Department report. The block is north of Asher Avenue east of its intersection with Roosevelt Road.

The victim went inside, and a person he didn't know pointed a handgun at his head and demanded cash. The assailant took $280 before fleeing. No injuries were reported.

The report lists the robber as a person of an unknown race who stood 6 feet 5 inches tall, weighed 170 pounds and wore a glove on one hand with spikes on the palm.

No arrests have been made.
