A Helena-West Helena woman is accused of allowing a minor to be raped by a man, according to police.
Christine Fulmer, whose age was not released, is facing three counts of permitting abuse of a minor, the Helena-West Helena Police Department said in a statement late Wednesday.
Authorities said Fulmer was being held in lieu of $101,000 bond. It wasn't immediately clear at which jail she was being held.
