Police: Little Rock man robbed at gunpoint after responding to Craigslist ad for Xbox

A man responding to a Craiglist ad for an Xbox was instead robbed at gunpoint when he arrived to meet the would-be seller, authorities said.

The 23-year-old victim told police he and his father went to an apartment complex at 3 Eagle Hill Court on Wednesday afternoon to buy the gaming system that had been posted for sale on the online classifieds website, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.

But when they got there, two men approached, pointed a handgun at the victim's head and took his iPhone 6S and $350, the report said.

The robbers then left in a mid-1990s to early-2000s silver Honda Accord with temporary tags.

Authorities searched the area but didn't make any arrests.

The robbers are described as black men in their late teens to early 20s. One was said to stand 6 feet tall, weighed about 150 pounds and was wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. The other reportedly stood 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighed about 130 pounds and was wearing a red shirt with black or blue shorts.

The complex is located northwest of Baseline and Stagecoach roads.
