Southern humorists Roy Blount Jr. and Harrison Scott Key will "headline" Oxford American magazine's special Charles Portis Weekend, Saturday-Sunday in Little Rock, honoring the Hamburg-born author and marking the 50th anniversary of the publication of his first novel, Norwood.
