LITTLE ROCK — UALR coach Wes Flanigan has added an east Arkansas native to the Trojans' roster for the coming basketball season.
Flanigan said Shandon "Biggie" Goldman will join Arkansas-Little Rock this fall. Last season, the 6-foot-9-inch forward played for Tennessee Preparatory Academy in Memphis, where he averaged 13.5 points per game.
Goldman finished the season shooting 48 percent from the floor and 42 percent from 3-point range.
Goldman is a graduate of Lincoln High School. UALR said in a news release that Goldman grew 10 inches between his freshman and senior years of high school, where he averaged 17 points and nine rebounds per game.
