Where I live: Pinnacle Valley. We moved to the Pinnacle Valley area in April 2011. We love the tranquility of the area. We are far enough from city life to enjoy the comfort and peace the area feeds us, yet the conveniences along Cantrell Road are just minutes away.
Occupation: Stay-at-home mom to my 3-year-old daughter McKayla and our 11-year-old rat terrier Holly and co-owner of Pinnacle Valley Restaurant with my husband, Mike Fullerton. PVR, open over a year, is a family restaurant located in the heart of west Little Rock's park community. We offer weekend operation, so if you are in the area biking, camping, hiking, boating or fishing, you have a casual restaurant with a bar and patio. Catfish, burgers, smoked meats, salads and veggie plates are a few of our menu items, and, of course, there's blackberry cobbler. PVR is open for lunch and dinner Friday through Sunday with breakfast served on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays.
My favorite space is: Our sunroom.
Why? My favorite place to be is outside on our patio, but when the weather is too cold or too hot, the sunroom is my year-round go-to spot. It is my place to pray, reflect and catch my breath. It is a therapeutic place.
If I could make one change to improve this space, I would: Make it bigger!
