All three teenagers charged in the April death of a Sylvan Hills High School student now face charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery.

Charges for Trevone Miller, 14, of Sherwood were upgraded earlier this month in Pulaski County Circuit Court, according to court filings. He was initially arraigned in Sherwood District Court on counts of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.

Xavier Porter, 17, of North Little Rock and Quincy Parks, 15, of Sherwood are also charged in the death of Bryan Allen Thompson, 17.

Thompson was found dead April 22 in a car outside Bill Harmon Recreation Center with a bag of marijuana between his legs, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette previously reported.

The three teens remained at the Pulaski County jail as of Tuesday afternoon, each in lieu of $200,000 bond, records show.
