An Arkansas basketball target, a former Razorback and two Hog football commitments highlighted this week's Recruiting Thursday radio show.

Highly regarded guard Jamal Johnson, an Arkansas target, started off the show with an update the latest with him and the Hogs.

Johnson, 6-4, 180 of Birmingham (Ala.) Spain Park, has about 15 offers from Arkansas, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia and others. He averaged 17.3 points and 6.7 rebounds as a sophomore and 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4.4 assists as a junior.

ESPN rates him the No. 37 shooting guard in the nation and No. 5 prospect in Alabama. He's being recruited by assistant T.J. Cleveland. To listen, CLICK HERE

Former Razorback Dean Peevy, who played defensive back at Arkansas from 1990-1994, talked about his recent trip to Fayetteville with longtime friend Tyler Johnston, whose son Thomas Johnston is a major target of the Hogs.
