A Mountain View man faces three felony charges and a misdemeanor after deputies found him in possession of drugs during a traffic stop, according to an arrest report.

Pulaski County deputies pulled over Donald Burns, 33, for crossing a fog line Friday night, according to the arrest report. In Burns' right pocket, deputies said they found 10 bags of methamphetamine totaling 4.7 grams and several methadone hydrochloride pills totaling 4 grams. He also had a digital scale, according to the arrest report.

Deputies also arrested Burns' passenger, Tammy Headley, 46, of North Little Rock, after they found a methamphetamine pipe in her purse, according to the arrest report.

Burns was charged with possession of methamphetamine with purpose, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with purpose, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and prohibited driving, according to the arrest report.

Headley faces one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the arrest report.

Burns and Headley were not listed on the Pulaski County jail's inmate roster Saturday night.
