Two witnesses said a North Little Rock woman shot at a car and then threatened one of the onlookers, according to a police report.

Monica Nicole Wright had just shot a handgun at a vehicle at 703 W. 23rd St. when a witness, Tammie Williams, confronted her about the shooting, according to the report.

Wright responded by saying "I've got something for you" and pointed a long, black rifle at Williams before driving away in a white SUV, the report said.

Taneisha Jarrett watched both incidents and took police to "the exact spot" of the shooting, where they found several shell casings, to the report said.

Police found Wright standing next to the SUV at 2223 Railroad Ave. and arrested her on charges of aggravated assault, a felony.

No injuries were reported from the vehicle shooting, the report said.
