Fiber One Cheesecake Bars in Chocolate and Key Lime (150 calories and 7 fat, 23 carbohydrate, 5 fiber, 8 sugar and 2 protein grams): Rich and not too sweet, these individually wrapped bars have the creamy texture and taste of a low-fat cheesecake. Perhaps the chocolate flavor could be a bit more intense, but the key lime has a tempting tartness.
Fiber One 90 Calorie Soft Baked Bar in S'mores (90 calories and 3 fat, 18 carbohydrate, 5 fiber, 8 sugar and zero protein grams): This one is only available for a limited time and with limited distribution this summer at Target. Fiber One's take on everyone's favorite graham-cracker-chocolate-and-marshmallow treat is overly sweet and not so S'mores-ish, but it's only 90 calories. And there is no camping required.
