Too hot for shirt, woman tells police in downtown Little Rock

A topless woman told police Saturday evening it was too hot in downtown Little Rock for a shirt or bra, according to a police report.

Devon Haddoch, 28, told police she "needed to cool off" when they arrested her around 7:30 p.m. outside the Museum of Discovery at 500 President Clinton Ave., according to the report.

Officers said H̶a̶d̶d̶o̶c̶k̶ Haddoch*, who is homeless, could not explain why she was outside the museum, the report said.

Haddock was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction of government operation and loitering.

After refusing to give her birth date so officers could run a warrant check, she then gave a false date, the report said. When officers checked her correct birth date, they discovered H̶a̶d̶d̶o̶c̶k̶ Haddoch* had a warrant for failure to appear in court.

She was being held at the Pulaski County jail without bail.
