Arkansas senior Moses Kingsley accepted an invite to the prestigious Nike Basketball Academy on Wednesday morning.

The camp, which runs July 24-28 in Los Angeles, is an invite-only event and features 20 of the top college basketball returnees. Kingsley is coming off a breakout junior season in which he averaged 15.9 points, 9.3 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game, production that earned him second-team All-SEC and SEC All-Defense honors.

Kingsley entered his name into this year’s NBA Draft, but chose to return for his senior season after not being invited to the NBA Combine. The 6-foot-10, 230-pounder was projected to be a late second-round pick or go undrafted.

He’ll be the third Razorback in as many years to attend a Nike summer academy. In 2014, Bobby Portis attended the Nike Big Man Skills Academy, while Michael Qualls went to the Kevin Durant Skills Academy. Portis went on to be a first-round pick in 2015, while Qualls was projected to be drafted before tearing his ACL and signing a free agent deal following the same draft.

Kingsley is projected to go No. 50 in an early 2017 mock draft by NBADraft.net, while DraftExpress.com ranks him as one of the nation’s 15 best rising seniors. The Nike Basketball Academy will give him a valuable opportunity to improve that stock.
