Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Edward Joseph Shirley, 22, of 19063 Chankle Road in Gentry was arrested Monday in connection with failure to comply with change of address and failure to comply registered offender living in a day care zone. Shirley was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• John Rota, 18, of 1918 S. Harris Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Rota was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Todd Hall, 33, of 742 W. Poplar St. was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Hall was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $7,500 on Tuesday.

• Lawrence Butcher, 21, of 2108 B Platt St. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Butcher was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• Summer Brooke Cowen, 26, of 2501 SE Fourth St. in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with robbery. Cowen was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Albania Adilene Jimenez-Banuelos, 23, of 702 Thomas Drive was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Jimenez-Banuelos was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jorge Alejandro Hoyos-Lopez, 25, of 702 Thomas Drive was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Hoyos-Lopez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Brandy Smith, 31, of West Fork was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of property. Smith was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,975 bond.

• Colton Alvarado, 22, of Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Alvarado was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $13,500 bond Tuesday.

• Firefighters put out a small fire in a vacant house at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday at 1559 Brooks Ave. No one was hurt. The home was being renovated.
