A top Arkansas target has the Hogs as one of his finalists.

As noted in Dudley Dawson's column today, Arkansas running back Chase Hayden is down to Arkansas, South Carolina and Michigan.

2018 Pulaski Robinson tight end Hunter Swoboda is drawing strong interest from Georgia, Texas A&M and Ole Miss. He attended Arkansas' three-day camp recently.

Arkansas is recruiting 2017 guard Lindell Wigginton, 6-2, 185 of Oak Hill Academy in Virginia hard and might get a visit. He has 15 offers from schools like Arkansas, Louisville, Iowa State, Tennessee and USC. Coach Mike Anderson and assistant Scotty Thurman are talking to him. ESPN rates him the No. 19 shooting guard and No. 60 overall prospect in the nation.

Arkansas and 2018 offensive lineman Penei Sewell, 6-4, 320 of Saint George, (Utah) Desert Hills are in the early stages of talking. He has 16 offers from schools like Arkansas, UCLA, Utah, Michigan, Oklahoma and Nebraska.

Perfect Game has ranked quarterback-pitcher Connor Noland the No. 70 prospect in the nation for the 2018 class. He's also ranked the No. 20 right-handed pitcher in the country.

He plans to visit Vanderbilt and Tennessee next week and Arkansas in mid July. Ole Miss, Oklahoma and possibly Penn St. are also on the list to visit.

As reported more than a week ago, Arkansas offensive tackle target Dalton Wagner, 6-9, 300 of Richmond-Burton Community High School in Illinois plans to visit Fayetteville after the NCAA dead period (June 27-July 10) is over in July. His mother is expected to make the trip this time.

Wagner and his father visited Fayetteville in March.

Tight end Kedrick James, 6-6, 247, 4.81, of Waco (Texas) La Vega is expected to visit the Hogs in late July. He has scholarship offers from schools like Arkansas, Michigan, Texas, Texas A&M, Michigan, Illinois, Miami and others. ESPN rates him the No. 272 overall prospect in the nation.

Arkansas receiver signee Kofi Boateng of Arlington, (Texas) Lamar is expected to report to Arkansas today.

Hog defensive back signee Britto Tutt of Ventura Community College is expected to report on Sunday.
