A man who was "completely naked" was arrested after officers spotted him about 9 a.m. Monday walking in the 1400 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Little Rock police said.
Cornell Hughes, 54, who had no listed address and was described as homeless, was charged one count of indecent exposure. He wasn't listed on the Pulaski County jail inmate roster Monday night.
