A news release from the Fort Smith Police Department said Lashanna Johnson, 35, and Haley Rogers, 29, were being held Thursday in the Sebastian County jail on aggravated robbery charges.

Johnson was being held without bail on a charge of aggravated robbery and for a parole violation. Rogers was being held in lieu of $100,000 bond on an aggravated robbery charge and on warrants for failure to appear and a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

A warrant has been issued for Fabein Osborn, who is charged with aggravated robbery. He remained at large Thursday, the release said.

Osborn, 20, was described as black, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He is believed to have ties to the Fort Smith area and parts of Michigan, the release said.

According to the release, a man wearing clothing that hid his features and brandishing a shotgun entered Doug's Also convenience store at 5600 Zero St. about 11 p.m. March 2.

A female clerk was on the sales floor when the man entered and she tried to run out the door when confronted by him. The gunman caught her, pulled her back into the store and forced her behind the counter to open the cash register, the release said. He escaped the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robber was last seen running toward a carwash next door.

Police obtained surveillance camera footage from the carwash that showed two women believed to be the robber's accomplices with a maroon late model pickup. The video showed the gunman getting into the pickup and all three driving away.

The release said a Fort Smith police officer recalled Wednesday a prior encounter with the driver of the pickup. The officer identified her as Johnson and said she lived in Sequoyah County, Okla.

With the help of the Sequoyah County sheriff's office, Johnson and Rogers were located in a house in Muldrow, Okla., and were arrested.
