The Arkansas Arts Center’s “Young Arkansas Artists” exhibition opens Friday, and there’s a Family Festival and awards ceremony for the exhibit on Saturday.
This Wednesday’s Family section delves into — through the words and works of the students involved — the 55th year of the exhibit that features 105 works representing 63 schools across the state.
Everything from neon-colored roosters to Walt Whitman is part of the exhibit, which is on view through July 24.
