Former Twin Peaks manager gets 25 years in Arkansas child porn case

A U.S. district judge sentenced the former manager at a Twin Peaks restaurant to 25 years in prison Friday for sex-related crimes, according to the U.S. district attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Larry Wayne Wilder, 28, of Maumelle was sentenced to 10 years in prison on one count of attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and 15 years on one count of production of child pornography, attorney Christopher R. Thyer said.

He pleaded guilty Friday and accepted a plea agreement with the United States.

Wilder was arrested in August 2015 after arranging a sexual meeting at a local park with an undercover officer who was using a minor's social media account, according to a release issued by Thyer's office.

In a later interview with authorities, he admitted to paying minors for sexual acts and lying about his age on social media, Thyer said.

Investigators said they found 140 videos and 2,600 images of chid pornography on Wilder's phone. They also discovered a conversation in which he threatened to post pornographic pictures of a minor on the Internet after the child refused to send him more explicit photos.
