James M. Reddick, 22, of 909 G St. in North Little Rock and Jacarius Jordan, 22, of 10401 Brockington Road, No. 428, in Sherwood were arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated robbery, aggravated residential burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, theft of property and second-degree false imprisonment, a misdemeanor offense.

Jordan was also arrested in connection with misdemeanor charges including a fictitious vehicle license, no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended or revoked license, improper lane change and improper turn.

A man called police at 4:46 a.m. Thursday to say two men wearing black clothing broke into his apartment at 971 S. Zenith Loop, according to a dispatch log. The men were armed with what appeared to be a gun and a stun gun, according to police and dispatch reports.

A man said burglars put a gun to his roommate's back and used a stun gun on him. The roommate gave the men $335. They took the money and fled through a window, according to the report.

Police stopped a car near the intersection of South Stadium Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The vehicle's license plate didn't match the car's make and model, according to the report.

Police found $335 and a broken, black, plastic BB gun, a pink electric stun gun and two cellphones, according to the report.

Reddick told police he and Jordan were in Northwest Arkansas to meet girls they had seen online. He said he never left the vehicle and wasn't involved in a robbery.

Jordan said he and Reddick went to the apartment to buy marijuana, but a fight broke out when the sellers tried to overcharge them, according to the report. During the tussle, money fell to the ground, according to the report. Jordan told police he and Reddick grabbed the money and left.

Jordan said he didn't know anything about a stun gun or gun.

Jordan and Reddick were at the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday with bonds of $8,440 and $7,500, respectively.
