Arkansan killed when truck driven into moving train, police say

ENID, Okla. -- Authorities say an Arkansas man was killed when he drove a tractor-trailer into a moving train in northwestern Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Delbert Shreve, 47, of Lincoln died in the collision Monday.

Shreve was westbound when he failed to stop for the train as it was going through a crossing near Enid, a police report said.

The report said the rig struck near the end of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe train.
